Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell shocks have a larger piston (40 mm) and more oil than ordinary gas shocks, so they run cooler on long corrugated roads and in tough terrain. The ride feels similar to Nitro Gas, with more reserve for demanding use.
Performance valving suits medium to heavy loads – the vehicle feels firmer, more responsive and rolls less in corners.
⚠️ Note: This shock is for the standard Mercedes G-Class (W460, W461, W463) 1979–2001. For the G55 AMG choose the front shock for the G55 AMG (24788FE).
