Introducing the top-of-the-line IM2.5 Monotube suspension kit, which redefines the driving characteristics of your 4x4 vehicle. Thanks to its innovative aluminum design and precise tuning, you can conquer even the most challenging terrain with maximum comfort and control.

Key Kit Specifications

• Lift: + 50 mm When installed on a vehicle with accessories (bumper/winch), the vehicle will lift 2 inches (50 mm). If the vehicle has no front accessories, it will lift 3 inches (75 mm) unless the height is adjusted before installation.

• Added Load Capacity:

  • Front: 0 – 150 kg

  • Rear: 0 – 200 kg

The Aluminium Advantage 

The use of aluminum for the IM2.5 shocks brings a revolutionary improvement:

• Low Weight: Aluminium is lighter than steel – the IM2.5 shock offers a 30% weight reduction over a standard twin-tube steel shock absorber.

• Superior Cooling: The shocks are made from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 Aluminium. Aluminium has 4 times the thermal conductivity of steel. Better heat dissipation means the shock absorber can run harder, for longer, without diminishing its performance (known as fade).

 Ultimate Tuning 

The IM2.5 Monotube series is engineered for perfect driving dynamics:

• Precision Piston: A CNC ported billet aluminum piston with an O-Ring sealed PTFE-Teflon band. The precision channeling allows for ultimate tuning to soften even the smallest of bumps in the road.

• Internal Floating Piston (IFP): The aluminium IFP piston features class-leading NOK seals and separates the high-pressure nitrogen gas (200 PSI) from the Fuchs hydraulic oil, ensuring consistent performance.

• Durable Finish: The IM2.5 monotube shock body has a wall thickness ranging 3 – 4mm and is finished with ultra thick and durable Type 2 anodising for ultimate protection against corrosion and damage.

• 'Upside Down' Mounting: Monotube technology allows us to mount the shock absorbers 'upside down', keeping the main shock body safely mounted high away from rocks and debris.

• Protected Piston Rod: The 20mm hardened steel piston rod is downward-facing but is protected by a robust dirt shield.
