The IRONMAN 4X4 engineering team developed the Adjustable Air Bag Delete Kit, which opens the door for you to install traditional coil springs and lift your vehicle with a choice of various rear spring options.

Key Kit Advantages: 

• Easy Installation: The kit is designed as a bolt-on solution. It requires no welding, cutting, or modifying any OEM parts on your vehicle.

• Adjustable Height: Allows for height adjustment of over 1 inch (25.4 mm). Simply spin the drop-forged aluminium spring seat down to the threaded base and set your desired ride height.

• Corrects "Left Hand Lean": This kit is great for eliminating the dreaded "Left Hand Lean" often found on USDM/EUR left-hand-drive vehicles.

• Forged Spring Seats: The seats are made from custom drop-forged aluminium and are designed to perfectly cradle the coil, eliminating any annoying squeaks and creaks.

Construction and Features

• Threaded Body: The kit's body, featuring an EDP (Electro Deposition Paint) coated steel base, bolts securely onto the rear axle.

• Precision Adjustment: Thanks to the adjustable threaded body, you can achieve perfectly dialled-in height adjustment, which was previously only possible with less precise coil spacers.

• Position Lock: Once the desired height is set, the position is secured using the provided set screw to prevent accidental movement.

• Secondary Bump Stops: The kit includes rubber coil spring isolator cones which serve as secondary bump stops and help locate the top of the coil spring into the upper spring perch of your truck.
