Payment Options Overview

There are many ways to pay for your purchase with us. Choose the one that suits you best.

Most Common Payment Methods

Cash/Card at Store

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro cards. We only accept euros in cash.

Online Card Payment

Pay with a card that has online payments enabled. The transfer is encrypted and secure. You can also save the card in your account settings for future payments. For online payment, the card must be issued in the EU.

Cash on Delivery

You pay for the goods to the carrier upon delivery, directly at the address you specify.

Use one of the alternative payment methods.

Advance Payment by Transfer – Proforma

For payment by transfer, you can use one of the following accounts:

After completing the order, the products are reserved and you will then be sent an email with the necessary payment information, including the variable symbol, which must be stated when making the payment.

When paying by transfer, it is necessary to count on a longer time for the payment to be credited to our account (typically 1-3 business days), therefore we recommend using the online payment option.

At the moment the payment is credited, we start sending the order.

Information about the status of your order will be available after logging into your account at offroad24.sk and we will also inform you at your email address.

Money Refund – Most Common Payment Methods

Are you withdrawing from the contract within the statutory 14-day period, as part of a complaint procedure, or should we refund your money for another reason? In that case, we will refund the paid amount in the same way you paid for the goods. Examples are given below.

In Cash

When paying in cash at the branch and in case of cash on delivery, we will refund your money in cash at any of our branches.

By Card / Transfer

When paying by card, we will refund the money to your account linked to your payment card.

If you paid by transfer from a bank account, we will refund the money to this account.

We will only refund the funds we received from you (we do not cover bank fees associated with the transfer, etc.)

In case of payment by another method (e.g. via PayPal, etc.), we will refund the paid amount in the same way you paid for the goods.
