Purchase without VAT

Terms of Service

To be eligible for purchasing goods with 0% VAT, the following conditions must be met:

1. All registration details correctly filled in (Company ID, VAT ID, billing/delivery address) – OUTSIDE the territory of the Slovak Republic, or having a VAT ID
2. Verification in the relevant registers by our employees

Goods Collection Options

You have chosen delivery of goods to your business location:

• delivery address is the same as the billing address – you do not need to send any additional documents
• delivery address is your company's establishment registered in the commercial register – you do not need to send any additional documents

You have chosen personal collection at the branch:

• it is necessary to send in advance by email or present to the branch employee upon collection an extract from the commercial/trade register
• sign an export declaration, which is part of the invoice
• if the goods are not collected by the company director/sole trader, it is necessary to present a certified power of attorney
